with the rear pool & patio area facing south west for spectacular
swimming in the Florida sun sets, It’s just perfect! Imagine
having breakfast’s watching the sun rises, and dinner on the
patio whilst the sun sets over the nature reserve/conservation area
all in an exclusive & private setting. Here you don’t
have to imagine, at our home it’s reality.

Our Villa offers 2,000 sq ft of luxurious living accommodation,
and with the emphasis on the word luxury & privacy our home
truly offers a versatile layout that is perfect for friends and
family sharing, but who still want individuality & privacy within
the home ( your own space ). Our home is one of only a few for which
the floor plan offers almost 2 of everything.

equipped our Villa to the highest standards. Air Conditioned throughout
+ ceiling fans in all bedrooms & family room. Kitchen equipped
with dishwasher, waste disposal, cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer
with ice dispenser. Laundry room with large washer & tumble
dryer. All 3 Bathrooms have power showers & marble sinks. Family
sitting room has cable T.V. (100 channels) + DVD. Sitting room/study
has T.V with DVD. All 4 bedrooms have cable TV & DVD. Play Station
2 along with games is also available for your enjoyment. Free Internet
connection also indcluded.

In the unlikely event you want to work or keep in touch whilst on
vacation, the study area has a desk and internet connection points
( subject to your notebook laptop) along with a multi plug connection.
Quality Egyptian linen & towels are supplied throughout including
pool towels. FREE use of baby cot/crib.

The substantial screened patio provides an outdoor living area that
has a feature POOL 24' x 12' and enjoys Sunshine from dawn till dusk,
the pool has optional heating, and in pool lighting. The patio area
has a baby / child protection screen for your peace of mind and your
child’s safety. The patio is equipped with a table & 6 chairs,
4 sun loungers, and if the sun gets to much a special extra feature
is the permanent shade screen area. Remember, this is not a back to
back property, to the rear you are overlooked by nobody other than
