FAMILY
ROOM.
The family room is fitted with 2 sofa’s one of which converts
to a double bed. The main TV has a DVD and is supplied with Cable
viewing giving 100+ channel choices. The room faces west and has
direct access onto the patio & pool area, with private views
onto a nature conservation woodland, ( there are no properties behind
you, just nature ). SITTING ROOM / STUDY.
This beautiful room which faces east across the golf course, has
2 sofa’s, coffee table and a study area.
It features a TV & DVD. Internet connection facilities are also
available through your own computer.

DINING
AREA.
The formal dining area has a large expanding table perfect for entertaining.
KITCHEN
/ BREAKFAST ROOM.
This is modern living at it’s finest, a kitchen that wants
for nothing. Large fridge/freezer with built in Ice maker &
chilled water dispenser, microwave oven, large cooker, dishwasher,
sink waste disposal. All finely finished with natural wood cabinets
& easy clean work tops. A breakfast / drinks bar and dining
area. Off the kitchen is a separate laundry room equipped with large
tub & tumble dryer. |

MASTER
BEDROOM SUITE.
This large suite is just stunning. Fitted with a king size bed TV,
DVD and security safe. Patio doors lead onto the pool. The En-Suite
marble bathroom has his & her sinks, power shower, large marble
bath and theatre lighting. BEDROOM TWO.
The second master bedroom suite is fitted with a standard double
bed, TV & DVD. The En-Suite marble bathroom is equipped with
power shower, toilet and wash basin. NOTE, the unique combination
of 2 master bedroom suites and 2 sitting rooms makes our Villa perfect
for families sharing. |
BEDROOMS
3 & 4.
Both twin bedded rooms are fitted with TVs & DVDs and share
bathroom 3 which separates the 2 bedrooms. A baby cot is also available.
All bedrooms have large integrated fitted wardrobes. All Bathrooms
have HAIR DRYERS.

OUTDOOR
LIVING.
The site & aspect of our villa is perfect for the outdoor Florida
lifestyle, the SOUTH WEST facing pool & patio enjoy sunshine
from morning till sunset. The pool is 24’ x 12’ and
has in- pool lighting and heating ( an optional cost extra ). For
the security of infants and peace of mind of parent a security screen
is fitted. The patio is equipped with 4 sun loungers, 2 recliner
chairs complete with foot rests,1 table & 6 chairs for which
acrylic tableware is available. The entire pool & patio area
is screened to minimise the bugs, and looks onto open countryside
not other properties.
(our double garage is not available for guest use).

AMENITIES.
Just a walk away is a shopping mall with a supermarket, liquor store,
hairdressers, pizza & chinese take away, banks, restaurants
etc. Next to the mall is a small medical facility. The golf clubhouse
is a short walk away. Also available on Highlands Reserve for your
free enjoyment are a tennis court, children’s playground and
large communal swimming pool. The community of Highlands Reserve
is a most exclusive development where every property is detached
and distinguished. It is a particularly peaceful community maintained
to the highest standards.
